Egyptian Einkorn comes to us through a small farmer in Ontario. It was picked from a field in Egypt in the 1940’s by a man who was stationed with the Canadian military there. It appears to be the tallest einkorn we have grown, and it’s dark heads with blond beards, are among the longest of our einkorns.
