Wheat (Einkorn) - Black and Tan

We are pleased to have a second free-threshing einkorn to join Blé Dur Arcour. Black and Tan is among our taller einkorns, similar in height and with heads slightly shorter than Alaska Spelt. The flat heads are irregularly marked with about equal amounts of black and tan. They have beards about as long as the heads. The plants are very upright and slender with 15-20 stalks per plant. We started with a small sample so are only offering 5g packets.
