Orders still mailed out as time allows, but not rapidly at this time of year! Priority is out in the gardens now for the growing season. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
Major is a mid-tall white wheat that matures early to midseason. Plants are blue-green with strong stiff stems. Heads are mid-long, stiff and beardless, and somewhat broad and blunt. Bred in Australia, from Federation X Wallace, and introduced to the USA in 1916. Appears to have been grown mostly in Washington State.
