Strawberry Spinach has been around for a long time in Europe and is still available commercially in England. Use the leaves raw or cooked like spinach. Small red berries are produced in the axils of the leaves. The edible fruits are extremely juicy, seedy and slightly sweet and are an attractive garnish in salads.
