Canada Goldenrod is a hardy perennial native to the Canadian prairies. It forms upright clumps two or more feet tall topped by bright yellow pyramidal inflorescences, composed of many small tightly packed "daisy" flowers, from late summer on. It is attractive to large numbers of insects for its pollen and nectar. We found two clumps in our new yard in North Battleford which produced this seed.
