Wheat (Bread) - Rouge de Bordeaux

Rouge de Bordeaux is a French wheat from the 19th century. It was normally fall seeded but could also be seeded in the spring. We have been growing it as a spring wheat. The very tall plants give a heavy yield of spectacularly long heads.
