Clematis – Border

Border Clematis is a compact herbaceous variety that can serve as a ground cover or can climb through a shrub up to 2′. Blue flowers are nodding and urn-shaped. Mix seed with moist vermiculite and place in a plastic bag at room temperature. Seed will germinate irregularly over a number of months.
