Carpathian or Tussock Bellflower forms neat mounds of light green foliage about a foot wide and 6-8" tall. The abundant, upward-facing, bell-shaped flowers in blue or white have an extended blooming period. Native to the Carpathian Mountains and a gift from our new yard in North Battleford.
