Wheat (Einkorn) - Blé Dur Arcour

Initially, this was the only free threshing Einkorn (unusual for an older wheat species) we offered. Blé Dur Arcour has small stout flat blond heads with very short beards. This Einkorn variety is also often referred to as Triticum sinskajae due to this free threshing trait, and the shape of the heads, being the distinguishing features from other Einkorns.
