Allium - Wide-Leaved

This came from a packet of Allium species mix seed and we have been growing it for over 20 years. The clumps are large and robust, somewhat over 1' high, with about 1 cm wide, flat leaves and tight heads of purple flowers on stalks stretching above the leaves.
