Violet Jasper

A cherry tomato of a darker colour with green striping on the fruits. The green stripes change colour as the fruit matures so pay attention to this as an indicator for when to pick. Because of the darker fruits this can be tricky to know. Tall indeterminate vines bearing copious amounts of tomatoes. Flavour is mild lacking in tartness and acidity but this variety has other characteristics that make it impressive. Also known as Tzi Bi U and comes from China.
