One of the darkest tomatoes we’ve seen in this trend of the popularity of dark purple foods. This variety is derived from the Indigo Rose tomato variety which was introduced around 2012. Breeding work for this variety done by Wild Boar Farms. A meaty tomato with apparently high anthocyanin (antioxidant found in purple foods like blueberries) levels in the skin with a richly dark red interior of smooth firm flesh. Plants of an indeterminate type.
