Dragon Purple has a tapered cylindrical root, with an orange interior and a thin purple skin. Purple carrots generally have more of a spicey flavour so fresh flavour not as sweet as others for eating plain raw carrot but great for cooking, fermenting, grating in salads, roasting, etc.
