Herb - Thyme

Thyme (C) is a perennial but not winter hardy in Saskatchewan. It has tiny purplish flowers on an almost woody plant to about one foot. Used in stuffings and sauces, and with fish, meat, sausages, and beans. The plant can be overwintered in a pot in the house.
