Herb - Sage

Sage (C) is a perennial but not winter hardy in Saskatchewan. It has large rough-textured grey-green leaves. Used as a seasoning for meat, fowl, sausages, and especially turkey stuffing. The plant can be overwintered in a pot in the house.
