Wheat (Durum) - Banyoles Blue

Banyoles Blue is a short plant around 1m tall, as compared to most older durums at 1.5m, not heavily stooled out with 5 to 20 stalks per plant. The plants are very blue with very plump heads, medium to long, with blond, medium length beards. The heads may maintain their green colour if harvested when they are not fully dry.
