Despite its name, Alaska Spelt is a Triticum monococcum, and as such resembles both the Black and Blonde einkorns. It is the tallest of the four einkorns and has rich yellow brown seed heads. Alaska Spelt has consistently had the heaviest seeds of the hulled einkorns we grow.
